Brian Rizzo

Dr. Rizzo is the Founder and President of West Valley ENT, PC, and a Board member of Surgery Center/United Surgical Partners located in Peoria, Arizona. In addition Dr. Rizzo has been an investor in early stage companies in Arizona, and manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of equity and real estate investments. Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and his D.O. from The Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine.


Karl Huish – Secretary

Mr. Huish is currently the Senior Vice President of Artex Risk Solutions, Inc., and leader of the private captive division for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: JG), managing over 220 captives for clients throughout the U.S., making Artex the largest manager of its type in the country. Karl was previously the founder and CEO of Tribeca Strategic Advisors, LLC, a captive insurance company manager. Mr. Huish has practiced corporate law at two preeminent Phoenix area law firms, acted as the Chief Retirement Strategist for a $7 Billion asset manager, been involved in the creation, growth and sale of financial services companies, and has managed two Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) Firms. He has held securities licenses (including Series 7), been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP©) practitioner, and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF©). Mr. Huish graduated cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review and a recipient of the John M. Olin Student Fellowship in Law & Economics. He graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Economics, and minors in Japanese and Music.


Chris Finn

Chris Finn is the founder, sole owner and operator of Precision Fleet Services, one of the independent car dealerships in Arizona.  Mr. Finn also operates, Date Street Capital (formerly PFS Wholesale) a related financing portfolio company specializing in loans to both consumers and businesses.  Chris has invested in, and acted as a strategic advisor, to many retail and wholesale businesses.  A life-long Arizona resident, Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University, where he was a four-year letterman on the football team, including the Pac-10 Championship Team and Rose Bowl team (’96-’97). Chris and his family live in Mesa.

 


Chris Salvaggio

Chris Salvaggio is the Chief Financial Officer of The Knox Corporation, a privately-held manufacturing firm with a leading share in rapid entry systems for the commercial and residential markets. More than 12,000 city ordinances and government agencies use Knox key boxes, vaults, cabinets or other units for safe and secure rapid entry. Before joining The Knox Corporation, he was Finance Vice President - Western Division for Atrium Companies, a privately held window and fenestration manufacturing company. Original strategy of acquire and integrate a fragmented market changed mid-stream to restructure and resize the business to adapt to the housing and financial crisis. Prior to that, Chris worked for Owens Corning, a Fortune 500 Building materials corporation. While there, he served in several leadership capacities including Business Unit Controller, Global Supply Chain and Technology Controller, Manufacturing Controller, Service and Logistics Leader, and Audit manager. Chris has in depth experience in critical corporate and operational functions including Strategic Planning, Major Business turn around expertise, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain, and Customer satisfaction functions. He also has demonstrated outstanding leadership to optimize cash flow, drive profitability improvement and maximize asset utilization (ROA). Other areas of expertise include Major ERP deployments, Shared Services Leadership and Sarbanes Oxley implementation and compliance for a multibillion dollar corporation. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting at The Ohio State University and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers, Chris obtained Cum Laude status and participated and was recognized for the completion of an international exchange program at Cambridge University in England. Chris attained his CPA in 1990 and has been a member of the American Institute of CPA's and active member of the state societies in Ohio, Kentucky, and Arizona. Chris is currently a member of the Arizona Society of CPA's industry steering team. Chris has led community outreach and planning programs for faith based organizations, involved with Habitat for Humanity project builds, and a board member for the Downtown Urban Community Kids program, a faith based inner city outreach program for kids in Phoenix, Arizona.


Dr. Demetri Panayi, M.D. has been a Partner at Camelback Anesthesia since 2006. After completing his residency in 2000 Dr. Panayi, a Phoenix, native, decided to remain in the Phoenix area and has been active in the community since. Dr. Panayi has funded several small businesses and has been active in operations of many of those businesses. In addition, he has been active in the capital markets for over fifteen years. Dr. Panayi graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science degree in Molecular Biology in 1990 before going on to graduate from the University of Arizona Medical School in 1996. Dr. Panayi completed his residency in 2000.

Stacy J Brimhall purchased his first piece of real estate when he was twelve years old, using the proceeds he had from raising and selling calves. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Brimhall owned a seasonal home maintenance business in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. During this time, Mr. Brimhall maintained his home in Gilbert, Arizona, where he had spent the majority of his youth working on the family farm and studied real estate in the Phoenix metropolitan area. In 1992, Mr. Brimhall founded Langley Properties and began to invest in real estate with investment partners. Langley Properties has acquired in excess 51,500 acres of land in Arizona. Eighteen years later Langley Properties has conducted hundreds of successful transactions and is now recognized as one of the largest real estate organizations in Arizona. Mr. Brimhall is both the founder and managing partner of Langley Properties. He is responsible for all real estate acquisitions, operations and dispositions of Langley Properties, including property identification, procurement, management and marketing.
